Pre-Qualify for Lending

Bank of America and CIT, our friendly lending partners, have approved Atir Enterprises for their Small Business Lending program, and will approve qualified applicants for business loans under the Atir business plan. The general terms are:

  • Up To 70% financing of all costs (Franchise Fee, Working Capital, FF&E, Leaseholds)
  • 30% non-borrowed cash injection required by franchisee
  • No minimum collateral requirements on loans under $500,000
  • Over $500,000- must have discounted LTV of 175%
  • No industry or management experience required, but must be approved by franchisor and successfully complete training
  • Site must project cash flow coverage of 1.25x in the first year after new owner salary draw adjustment
